1. IS about changing yourself.
You must become a leader if you are to do well in this industry. Everyone wants and needs someone to follow. We all do it. Whether we know the person or not, we have all seen or heard of people that we want to be like. You should be aspiring for others to want to be like you by positioning yourself as a leader in your industry, by constantly learning everything you can about your business.

2. IS about helping others change themselves.
After you become a leader, you are then positioned as an agent of change in the lives of others. You must teach others how you became a leader so that they can do the same thing. As you teach others to do what you do, you will have ultimate success in that you will be duplicating yourself, so be sure to be the best 'self' you can be so that you don't have gremlins running around all over the place! We all know what happened with the gremlins.

3. IS about adding value.
You MUST add value to others or really there is no reason for them to listen to you. Please read my other article 5 Things Network Marketing is NOT and your will understand fully. What is adding value? Teaching someone something they did not know before, pointing someone else in the right direction to get the resources they need, or challenging someone to become better than what they are now.

4. IS about feelings.
You may have heard that business does not run on feelings, this is NOT the truth. People do business with people they know and/or like. That is a feeling. If you do not have good people skills and are not sensitive to people's feelings then you are likely not to go very far in this business. Don't get me wrong, there are many successful business people who have run over everyone they went by just to get to the top. They made it, but it is very lonely when you look back and see that no one is with you or on your side. Build a business you can be proud of, build one that will add value to you as well. Nothing adds value to life more than great relationships.

5. Is about Dreams.
When you help others realize their dreams, you will soon see that you are living yours. That is the money that comes to you. What you help others achieve comes back to you. As you will soon see, there is so much more to it than money. It is about total life prosperity, nothing missing and nothing broken. Make that happen for others and it will happen for you.
